Swiss Cheese Dip

My friend and former co-worker Glenn DeVoe used to bring this delicious dip to office functions frequently. With people asking him for the recipe all the time, he used his skills of a designer to put together some nice recipe cards on a swiss cheese background. Glenn's recipe card proclaimed that once this treat was served, the world would be at peace.

Ingredients:

2 cups of shredded swiss cheese
1 cup of real mayonnaise
1 cup of sour cream
1 envelope dry Hidden Valley Ranch^® dressing mix
1 tablespoon of dried minced onion

Instructions:

Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Refrigerate overnight. Serve with crackers, vegetables, or breadsticks.
