This recipe comes from Beth Ann, a lady from our church. She brought this dish to our New Year's Eve party two years in a row, and both years I asked for the recipe. She finally divulged the secret!
Ingredients:
3 cans cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 quart half and half
1 can asparagus, drained (optional)
1 pound of crab meat
1-2 tablespoons Old Bay
Instructions:
Mix together cream soups, half and half and Old Bay. Add crab meat and asparagus. Heat until warm. Do not boil. (This is a great Crock Pot recipe!)
